Our family suffered a great loss this week. My brother's wife, Tonia, passed away suddenly on Sunday after suffering a heart attack. She leaves behind my brother and his daughter, plus her six children and lots of grandbabies.
It seems hard to believe that I really only spent time with Tonia a handful of times, as they live so far away. She really felt like a sister to me. She was sweet and fun and compassionate. She meant the world to David and we all loved her so much.
Please offer a prayer for her, and for my brother and his 14 year old daughter.
We look forward, with hope in God's mercy and grace, to the day when we meet again in Paradise.
