My sweet first-born. I know most moms would say the years have flown
by, but they haven't. They have been full, full of great joy and full
of our share of stress. I never imagined on that day all that goes into
raising a tiny baby into manhood! Being first, he had to live through
all of our parenting mistakes and we learned what is worth stressing
and what doesn't really matter in the long run. He has paved the way
for his siblings, who look up to him and love him. The future is still
an open book, but we have great hopes.
